Staff and Location Were Standout Features

The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered in a long time. They were always available to answer questions, give directions, or offer recommendations. the central location of the hotel was super convenient for exploring the city. With many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast at this hotel was subpar. It lacked variety and flavor and the staff could be quite rude.

It is conveniently located near the shopping strip, the mtr station and good food. It is a bit pricey but appears reasonable considering the conveniences it provides.

It has an out-dated billing system that forces you to practically pay for your room before you actually use it. Strange and quite frustrating as it does affect your budget. You do get your deposit back, but only at the end of your stay, which just leaves you with fare to take you to the airport. This is something they should address.

Stayed one night. The room provded me with the basic essentials that I need - clean room, clean and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fresh towels, good aircon. There was nothing I found I didnt like.

I have stayed at The Minden before and find it to be reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. The location is good for access to metro, bus and ferries though a short walk to all. Room size is generous for Hong Kong.
